Finger Picker – Team Chooser is made by SideQuest Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
For fun
The app picks players, teams or a direction for fun. Don't use it for decisions with real consequences, such as money, health or safety. The secret menu lets the person holding the phone influence the outcome; use it in good spirits.
Purchases
Ad-free and ad-free + unlimited hacks are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They are linked to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on your devices with "Restore purchase". Payments, refunds and taxes are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; prices can differ per country.
Premium that we give you for free is a gift that we may stop offering at any time.
Ads
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads from third parties.
Fair use
It is not allowed to hack, copy, reverse-engineer or abuse the app or its servers, or to unlock paid features without paying. If you do, we may block your access to the app and remove any premium or purchases unlocked that way, and we may take legal action.
No guarantees
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but can't promise it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damage from using the app.
Apple
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Dutch law applies.

Finger Picker – Team Chooser is gemaakt door SideQuest Studio. Door de app te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Voor de lol
De app kiest spelers, teams of een richting voor de lol. Gebruik hem niet voor beslissingen met echte gevolgen, zoals geld, gezondheid of veiligheid. Met het geheime menu kan degene met de telefoon de uitkomst beïnvloeden; gebruik het met een knipoog.
Aankopen
Reclamevrij en reclamevrij + onbeperkt hacks zijn eenmalige aankopen, geen abonnementen. Ze horen bij je Apple ID of Google-account en zijn op je toestellen terug te halen met "Aankoop herstellen". Betalingen, terugbetalingen en belastingen lopen via Apple of Google, volgens hun eigen voorwaarden; prijzen kunnen per land verschillen.
Premium die we je gratis geven, is een cadeau dat we op elk moment kunnen stoppen.
Advertenties
De gratis versie toont advertenties van Google AdMob. We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud van advertenties van anderen.
Eerlijk gebruik
Het is niet toegestaan de app of de servers te hacken, te kopiëren, na te bouwen of te misbruiken, of betaalde onderdelen te ontgrendelen zonder te betalen. Doe je dat toch, dan kunnen we je de toegang tot de app ontzeggen, premium of aankopen die zo zijn ontgrendeld intrekken en juridische stappen nemen.
Geen garanties
De app wordt aangeboden zoals hij is. We doen ons best om hem goed te laten werken, maar kunnen niet beloven dat hij altijd beschikbaar of foutloos is. Voor zover de wet het toestaat, zijn we niet aansprakelijk voor schade door het gebruik van de app.
Apple
Heb je de app uit de App Store, dan geldt ook Apple's standaard licentieovereenkomst voor eindgebruikers (EULA).
Wijzigingen en recht
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen; de datum bovenaan toont de nieuwste versie. Nederlands recht is van toepassing.
